Quality & Compliance

Assurance you can evidence.

Every engagement is built on documented checks, proportionate to the risk and value of the purchase, so that conclusions are based on fact rather than assumption.

Our assurance framework

Four layers of protection

We apply the layers that your requirement needs, from desk-based checks to physical inspection.

01

Supplier due diligence

Company registration, trading history, ownership, licences, certifications and references are checked against independent sources where available.

02

Product and document compliance

We review specifications, certificates of conformity, test reports, markings such as UKCA or CE where relevant, and shipping documentation.

03

Inspection, where applicable

Pre-shipment, production or loading checks confirm quantity, condition, packaging and labelling against the agreed specification.

04

Risk assessment and reporting

Findings are graded by risk and set out in a clear written report, with the evidence behind each conclusion and our recommendations.

Frameworks we work within

Compliance built into every engagement

We operate as a UK-registered company and align our work with the legal and commercial frameworks that matter to UK and international buyers.

  • UK Bribery Act 2010: zero tolerance of bribery and facilitation payments
  • Modern Slavery Act 2015: attention to labour practices in supply chains
  • UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 for personal data
  • UK sanctions and export-control considerations when assessing counterparties
  • Incoterms® 2020 to make delivery responsibilities explicit

Our quality principles

  • Independent. Our findings are reported as found, even when the answer is not the one hoped for.
  • Proportionate. The depth of checks reflects the value and risk of the order.
  • Documented. Every conclusion is supported by evidence you can review.
  • Confidential. Commercial information is used only for your engagement.
