What does JUFEM Global Trade do?
JUFEM is a UK-registered procurement, supplier verification and quality assurance company. We help businesses source products, check that suppliers are genuine and capable, and confirm that goods meet the agreed specification before money or reputation is at risk.
Who do you work with?
We support importers, distributors, contractors, project teams and buyers who need reliable supply from the UK, Europe or wider international markets, from one-off purchases to recurring programmes.
Which product categories do you cover?
Our focus markets include premium beverages and spirits, industrial components and engineering consumables, oil and gas equipment and supplies, electrical and mechanical equipment, and general commercial and industrial procurement. If your requirement sits outside these, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Can I engage you for a single service?
Yes. You can engage us for an individual service, such as verifying one supplier or arranging one inspection, or for a wider procurement assignment that combines several stages.
What does supplier verification involve?
Depending on the scope, verification can include checks on company registration and trading history, ownership, licences and certifications, product documentation, references and the credibility of the supply route. Findings are set out in a written report.
Do you carry out physical inspections?
Where applicable, we arrange inspections such as pre-shipment or loading checks to confirm quantity, condition, labelling and conformity with the agreed specification. Whether an inspection is needed depends on the risk and value of the order.
Who makes the final purchasing decision?
You do. We provide evidence, findings and recommendations so that you can make an informed commercial decision. We do not commit you to any supplier without your instruction.
Fees, timing and confidentiality
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the scope, location and complexity of the work. After reviewing your requirement we provide a written proposal with the fee agreed before any work begins.
How long does it take?
Timelines vary with the service and the supplier location. A document-based verification is typically quicker than a sourcing exercise or an on-site inspection. We confirm an expected timeline in our proposal.
Will you keep my enquiry confidential?
Yes. Commercial information you share is used only to deliver the work you have asked for and is handled in line with UK GDPR. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.
